Heather and Chris own the property and currently manage the award-winning Inn/Restaurant ‘The Oak Inn Staplow’ just 5 minutes north of Ledbury train station, nestled in the heart of the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. Using our experience to put our stamp on this cosy cottage, we are delighted with the outcome. The Cottage on the Common is a traditional rural cottage, with beams in the kitchen and a quirky staircase. Each room has been refurbished to an excellent standard with a beautiful colour flow of creams, greens and wood. Enjoy a cuppa or a bottle of wine in the secluded front garden on the ‘compass patio’ in the early part of a sunny day.
